A Bargain-Hunter's Guide to Inexpensive Fun in Tucson

Community Sale Behind the Barn

Posted on | November 25, 2009 | No Comments

This event is a good thing to know about if you have some gently-used household items you’d like to sell, but don’t really have enough for a full garage sale: On the 3rd and last Saturday of each month, you can reserve a space at the Saturday Rincon Market and sell your stuff behind the barn. This is a  great option for rural residents who  can’t have a yard sale at their home. Note that this is NOT a place to sell your crafts or new items–used only.

Contact Laura at (520) 591-2276 to reserve your space.

  • Where: Rincon Valley Farmers & Artisans Market (Big Green & White Barn), 12500 E. Old Spanish Trail Tucson, AZ 85747. Directions: They are located in and around the big green and white Barn about 4 miles east of the entrance to Saguaro National Park on Old Spanish Trail on the way to Colossal Cave Park and 2 miles west of Camino Loma Alta.
  • When: Third and final Saturdays of each month. 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
  • How much: $9 to rent a space that is 12′ X 12′. You have to bring your own table/display area.

We post deals as we find them. But you know the drill: prices and promotions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Sometimes the information we receive isn't acccurate, although we try to check every deal. And sometimes we make mistakes. It's up to you to check. It is always wise to call first to see if a bargain is still available.
