Stop Anxiety in 81 Seconds

Hey, I’d like to learn how to stop anxiety. I’d even settle for doing that in 100 seconds, but this Wednesday you can find out some good ways to get calm in a mere 81 seconds (well, the talk is longer, but the technique is quick.) Attendees will learn how to change their breathing patterns and will leave the seminar knowing more about the physician-developed, clinically-proven breathing exercises used to calm emotional upsets.
I called to check, but no one was in. I *think* you have to reserve a seat. You’d best call to be sure you don’t miss it.
