Buffet Deal at Furr’s

Posted on | October 13, 2009 | No Comments

For a limited time, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat buffet-style meals at Furr’s Family Buffet for $6.99 each. That’s all day, every day. What’s cool about Furr’s is all the choices you get. When I spoke with the nice gentleman from the N. Oracle location, he explained that they often have about 14 different kinds of salad and possibly 12 veggie choices. Also lots and lots of meat (pork, ham, fried chicken etc.) and fish entrees (such as Tilapia) all available for you. Go back for seconds . . . and thirds, too if you are still hungry. It’s all you can eat. (The beverage, tax, gratuity are extra, btw.)

Hot tip: On Friday and Saturday after 4:00 PM, Furr’s offers catfish and butterfly shrimp. Shhhh. Don’t tell a soul <grin>.

Where: Two Tucson Furr’s Buffet locations:

  • 4329 N. Oracle Rd. Tucson, AZ 85705 (520) 293-8550
  • 1095 W. St. Mary’s Rd. Tucson, AZ 85745  (520) 624-1688.

When: All day, every day. They are open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 Pm 7 days/week. No expiration noted when I called, so be sure to check before you go. The gentleman from the N. Oracle location thinks the special will go on for quite a while. (This post was written in mid October, 2009)

How much: $6.99 Beverage, tax, gratuity not included.
