Elle Restaurant Summer Special

Just heard from a friend who hopes I’ll highlight the terrific summer special over at Elle. My friend visited Elle recently and called the $20.09 deal “a steal.” She said the food was plentiful and her group of friends had a great time.

Okay, so then I called to check and learned about SECOND summer special at Elle. So take your choice:

1. For $20.09 you get 9 of their morsELLES. I think that’s very cute, but just to explain–the morselles are a take-off on tapas. They are small bites of delish food. But you also get your choice of any beverage that is normally $9 or under. (Tax and gratuity are not included in this deal.)

2. Jeff, over at Elle, told me about a second special summer offering. For the fifth year, Elle is offering a 2-course, 2-wine meal for $22. What’s especially cool about this deal is that they focus on different regions of the world and then change it all up every few weeks. For example, right now, they serve the foods and beverages of Argentina, but soon they might switch to Italy, for example.

In either case, it’s a super deal.

When: The specials are served for either lunch or dinner all summer, 2009. Monday-Saturday, they open at 11:30 AM. and stop taking customers around 9:00 PM. On Sunday, no lunch is served. They open at 4:00 PM and close up at 9:00 PM.

How much: Take your pick: A very filling collection of nine small plates plus beverage as outlined above for $20.09, or $22 buys you a 2-course, 2-wine lunch or dinner.
