Fleming’s Happy Hour

Posted on | May 11, 2009 | 2 Comments

Mr. Tightwad and I hopped over to Fleming’s last night to sample their new 5 for $6 Til 7 Happy Hour. The deal is that a nice selection of wine (by the glass), cocktails, and apps each cost $6 until 7:00 PM.

Drinks include a White Cosmo, Appletini, Basil Lemon Drop, Mojito, and Diamond Rita as well as a nice Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. What we really loved was the selection of appetizers. We tried the Wicket Cajun Barbecue Shrimp and the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. Other selections available, but those two were a BIG hit with us. They are decently sized and could double as a very light meal.

Nice crowd, friendly servers.

Where: Fleming’s, 6360 N Campbell Ave (SE corner of Ina/Campbell)Tucson, AZ 85718 (520) 529-5017.

When: Happy Hour is 7 days/week until 7:00 PM

How much: $6 per drink, $6 per app.

Here you will find other Tucson Happy Hours.

Hortense, I’m jealous. I love those jumbo lump crab cakes. I’m going to tell Mr. Cheap Chick about this deal. You know how I hate cooking.

Those crab cakes were really good. I’ve never had a good crab cake outside of Maryland before. Take Mr. Cheap Chick over there.

We post deals as we find them. But you know the drill: prices and promotions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Sometimes the information we receive isn't acccurate, although we try to check every deal. And sometimes we make mistakes. It's up to you to check. It is always wise to call first to see if a bargain is still available.
