A Bargain-Hunter's Guide to Inexpensive Fun in Tucson

(Almost) Free Wine Tastings

Posted on | February 19, 2010 | No Comments

I posted this a year ago, but it’s still one of the best deals in town. Over at Total Wine & More, you can sample delicious wines for the grand total of . . . one dime. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (check hours below) you toss your shiny little dime into the jar and belly up to the counter for a taste or two or three. Usually they focus on a region or a variety of grape. Can’t go wrong here.

  • Where: Total Wine & More , 4370 North Oracle Road. Tucson, AZ 85705 (520) 887-0174.
  • When: Tastings on Friday and Saturday run from noon to 6:00 PM. On Sundays, the tasting starts at noon and ends at 5:00 PM.
  • How much: $.10

We post deals as we find them. But you know the drill: prices and promotions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Sometimes the information we receive isn't acccurate, although we try to check every deal. And sometimes we make mistakes. It's up to you to check. It is always wise to call first to see if a bargain is still available.
