Informal Happy Hour Gathering at Maynard’s

Rumor has it that an informal Happy Hour gathering started a few weeks ago at Maynard’s on Thursdays, and I understand it’s quite a nice group of people who gather there. Honestly, I don’t know much about this–it’s a casual, informal sort of gathering, but I thought it sounded like a nice way to meet people–and kind of an insider tip that not everybody knows about. If you decide to drop by for a glass of wine or an ice cold beer, let me know what you think.

Where: Maynard’s, 400 N. Toole Ave. Tucson 85701 (It’s in the old train station–right across from Hotel Congress.) (520) 545-0577.

When: Happy Hours are from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and from 10:00 PM til close. This particular group gathers any time after 5:00 PM on Thursdays.

How much: Various prices for drinks, such as $2 off drafts and premium wells. $2 off starters (except oysters.)
