Festival of the Trees

If you love decorations and Christmas trees . . . and sales … how about visiting Tubac this weekend for the first annual Festival of Trees? Expect dozens of decorated trees, demonstrations, sales, and events throughou the weekend. I think it looks like fun for the whole family.

What you do is this: Grab a map of Tubac’s Festival of Trees here and take a look at what you are likely to see. Choose the shops who have what you want and head down to Tubac. You can easily spend a day strolling around.

• Where: La Entrada de Tubac and Plaza de Anza in the Village of Tubac, Tubac-Santa Cruz Visitor Center, Suite O1014 Plaza Road (for maps) Tubac, AZ 95646 (520) 398-0007. Tubac is about 30 minutes south of Tucson on I-19.
• When: Saturday, December 19, 2009 and Sunday, December 20, 2009 10:00 AM -6:00 PM
• How much: Free
