A Bargain-Hunter's Guide to Inexpensive Fun in Tucson

Saguaro Park West Twilight Hike

Posted on | July 20, 2009 | No Comments

Back by popular demand . . . Is there anything lovelier than an evening ramble through the desert? Here is a delightful evening walk on the west side of town. The terrain will be sandy with outcroppings. Wear sturdy but comfy shoes and take water. You will return to the parking area after sunset. I’d suggest a flashlight, too.

Reservations required. Really. Call first. Call now. This is a popular event.

Where: Saguaro Park National Park West, 2700 N. Kinney Rd. Tucson (520) 733-5158. Meet at King Canyon Trailhead (about 500 feet past entrance to Arixaon-Sonora Desert Museum on right as you drive NW on Kinney Rd.)

When: Friday, July 24, 2009. 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM.

How much: FREE.

We post deals as we find them. But you know the drill: prices and promotions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Sometimes the information we receive isn't acccurate, although we try to check every deal. And sometimes we make mistakes. It's up to you to check. It is always wise to call first to see if a bargain is still available.
