The Oro Valley Branch of the Pima County Library offers weekly April gardening tips from Tucson Master Gardeners. Here is a schedule:

Friday, April 16, 2010: Beneficial Insects, Control of the Pesky Ones, Critter Prevention
Friday, April 23, 2010: : Vegetables and Herbs, Care, Planting and Harvesting: in the Ground and in Containers
Friday, April 30, 2010: Preparing the Garden for Summer Whether You are Home or Away

Where: Oro Valley Public Library, Oro Valley Public Library 1305 W Naranja Drive Oro Valley, AZ (520) 229-5300. On the southwest corner of La Canada and Naranja Drive.
When: Friday April 16, 2010, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (And other Fridays in April as listed above.)
How much: Free. (Program best for adults and teens)
