Posted on | May 11, 2009 | No Comments

Over at Cities on the Cheap, Jennifer Maciejewski alerted us to a FREE deal for kids. Here’s the scoop:

Here’s the scoop. The folks at Barnes & Noble are offering kids the chance to earn a FREE book with this summer reading program. As your son or daughter reads eight books, they enter each title in a reading journal. You sign off on it. Then, take the completed journal to Barnes & Noble between May 26 – September 7, 2009 for a FREE book. The deal is limited to children in grades 1-6 only. So, what are you waiting for? Open that book and start reading. But, as always, READ the rules.

Where: Barnes & Noble, EastsSide, 5130 E. Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85711, 520-512-1166
Barnes & Noble, WestsSide, 7325 N. LaCholla Blvd. Ste 100,Tucson, AZ 85741, 520-742-6402

When:  May 26 – September 7, 2009

How much:  Free, but your child must read 8 books

Rather go bowling? Here’s another FREE idea.

We post deals as we find them. But you know the drill: prices and promotions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Sometimes the information we receive isn't acccurate, although we try to check every deal. And sometimes we make mistakes. It's up to you to check. It is always wise to call first to see if a bargain is still available.
