Music in Civano Neighborhood–Thursday
Posted on | July 14, 2009 | No Comments
I somehow thought the Thursday music programs put on by LAVA Music were finished for the summer, but there is another. Transplanted Aussie Audrie Auld (Love the way that sounds . . . Amiable Aussie Audrie Auld) will perform. She is a comedienne and a writer of humorous, provocative, and soulful songs. Sounds interesting. Think I’ll go.
The courtyard setting of the Civano neighborhood is lovely. Be sure to take your own lawn chair (or maybe a blanket to sit on).
Where: Civano Neighborhood Center, 10501 E. Seven Generations Way Tucson 85747 (about 1 block east of Civano Nursery. Seven Generations is about 1/2 mile south of Irvington, directly across from the fire station.) If you need more info, call (520) 647-3234.
When: Thursday, July 16, 2009. 6:30-8:30 PM.
How much: Suggested minimum donation of $5. They pass the hat, so be cool if you can.
